1. How to Cancel
Option 1: Through Your Account Dashboard
- Log in to your VADR account
- Navigate to Subscription Settings
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Follow the confirmation steps
Option 2: Contact Support
- Email support@vadr.ai
- Include your account email
- State your intention to cancel
- Receive confirmation within 24 hours
2. Cancellation Terms
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- No additional charges will be made after cancellation
- You may be eligible for a pro-rated refund (see Refund Policy)
- All your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation
3. After Cancellation
Upon cancellation:
- You'll receive a cancellation confirmation email
- Access continues until the end of your billing period
- You can download your data within 30 days
- Your data will be permanently deleted after 30 days
4. Reactivation
If you change your mind:
- You can reactivate your account within 30 days with all data intact
- After 30 days, you'll need to create a new account
- Previous data cannot be restored after 30 days
5. Automatic Cancellation
Your subscription may be automatically cancelled if:
- Payment method fails multiple times
- Terms of Service violations are detected
- Account remains inactive for 90+ days
6. Special Circumstances
We may offer alternative arrangements for:
- Long-term customers
- Enterprise accounts
- Temporary suspension needs
